Session 1 : Intake and History Review - 90-minute comprehensive visit involving chronological case review, either in person or via Zoom - Detailed functional health and diet history review involving all body systems and their relationship to each other - Review of any recent lab work from a functional perspective - Clear action steps to implement right away - Food tracking tool for nutritional assessment - Access to practitioner chat or e-mail Sessions 2 & 3 : Follow-Up Visits - Two 60-minute follow up appointments - Food journal and functional lab and blood sugar review or other systems tracking, depending on need. - A detailed action plan based on findings from systems tracking - Lifestyle suggestions and tools based on need - Individualized supplementation recommendations and access to online dispensary - Access to practitioner using chat or e-mail
